Four Down, One To Go.... For Now

Well Thursday night I finished the 4th book in the Darkyn Series by Lynn Viehl, Night Lost. Oh my god, this woman can write! As pathetic as it might be, I'm so in love with the characters she has in these books, and I suspect that with this novel that will not change. Evermore, the 5th novel in the series, focuses on the characters of Jayr and Byrne and their "relationship." I say it like that because I have only just started the book and don't know any more about it. Once this one is finished I'll have to wait until July for the next book, although I've pre-ordered it already so I won't have to trek to the store to get it. :)

Give Me a Glossary

I love when an author creates a whole new world for us to explore.

People like Karen Marie Moaning with her Fae/Highlander series, Laurell K. Hamilton with her Anita Blake Vampire Hunter series, and most recently (that I've discovered) Lynn Viehl with her Darkyn series.

But for goodness sakes, please give me a glossary! I beg you! Tell me how to say these words you put in your beautiful novels and more importantly... tell me what they mean. I'm no dumby, I can basically figure out what you're talking about, but I'd much rather know what you're thinking/writing/saying, in your own words.

It's so very helpful.

Any Help You Can Give Me?

On how to use this site... would be greatly appreciated. It's gonna take me some getting used to, it's nothing like tv.com.

Thanks in advance.

Don't Have a Clue

So I'm starting this thing here. My blog. Well... my second blog, since I keep one on tv.com. I've decided to do this second one because quite a few of my favorite authors have blogs here as well and this will help me to keep in touch with them and up to date on what they have going on.

Since a great deal of my tv.com blogs have been about books lately this will help to keep them seperate as well, I'm sure I'm driving you all crazy with all the book talk. :) You can keep commenting on my other blog though if you don't have an ID, I'm fine with that.

The future of tv.com looks a little iffy so I have every reason to believe some of you will be joining me in the future. Either way, see you 'round.
